Retail Program Standards Enrollment
If you have not yet enrolled in the Voluntary National Retail Food Regulatory Program Standards (VNRFRPS), enrollment is your first action to take. Enrollment in the VNRFRPS is required to apply for funding through the 女生小视频-FDA RFFM Grant Program.
The following is a step-by-step process for enrollment in the VNRFRPS, which conveys an eligible jurisdiction's intent to actively use the VNRFRPS as a tool to assess and improve its retail food protection program.
A jurisdiction initiates the enrollment process by:

- Review the guidance online, including the Administrative Procedures.
- Contact the assigned to your geographic area, and notify them of your intent to enroll.
- Complete (PDF 鈥� 1.22MB) and submit to your FDA Retail Food Specialist. NOTE: When filling out the FDA form, be sure to select "Please enroll this jurisdiction in the VNRFRPS" in Section 2.
搂 Once you have contacted your FDA Retail Food Specialist and completed and submitted FDA Form 3958, you are considered "enrolled" for the purposes of the 女生小视频-FDA RFFM Grant Program and can apply for funding.
